This can be used as a dip, filling, sauce, or spread from anything from tortilla chips and veggie sticks, to tacos and enchiladas, to grilled fish and poultry, and even as a condiment for burgers and sandwiches.
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 (7 oz.) jar salsa verde, your choice of heat
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder, or more to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, blend until smooth, place in serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for up to one day to allow flavors to blend.
