Cook bacon and onion in frying pan until brown, drain excess fat. Add chicken broth, tomato sauce. Cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes. Add cream, sugar, sour cream, feta cheese, salt and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta.

This is a quick and easy dish that satisfies my cravings for Alfredo-ish creaminess and not-too-hot spiciness. I usually have the ingredients to make this on hand, except for the heavy whipping cream.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook two minutes less than package directions. Add fish, asparagus, bell pepper and peas and cook until the pasta is tender and the shrimp are cooked, 2 to 4 minutes more.
Easy to whip up this creamy meat sauce for your spaghetti noodles or other pasta. Plus you can incorporate your choice of healthy vegetables like kale and cauliflower.
I threw this together last week and hubby liked it a lot. While the pasta is cooking, saute mushrooms and onions in 1 Tbsp. butter with 2-3 dashes garlic powder.
Cook pasta, drain and set aside. In a saute pan, add diced bacon and when it's almost done, add the green onions. Finish cooking, then drain off grease.
In a large saucepan, combine the first seven ingredients. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until vegetables are tender, about 12 minutes. Stir in spaghetti; heat through.
