Does anyone have any really good ways they use Kale from the garden? It looks like I might have an abundance. I know that you can use it in salads and soups, but I was looking for another suggestion.

I just recently discovered how to fix kale. It is impressive in the field of detox, has a load of fiber in it and fights cancer of all things. It's considered a superfood. I slice it up into ribbons or bite size pieces and steam it on the stove for ten minutes. I read that steaming makes the benefits more accessible. Then I douse it with olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, just a smidge, some grated cheese, garlic and a smidge of salad dressing of choice maybe. Oh, yeah, I put a load of garlic in the water that it is steamed with. Eat it regularly for the best results. I just started so can't make any claims yet.
