Balsamic and Dijon Dipping SauceWonderful for dipping raw veggies! Combine the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Cover and chill before serving.

Chocolate Walnut SquaresNice to serve at Christmas time. Thin cookie like squares are quick and easy to make. Stir together 1/2 cup of the walnuts, cocoa, flour and salt; set aside. In large bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Pork Chop Main DishIt's easy, husband loves it, great flavor. Cook pork chops with onions and butter in skillet until done, in a separate pan cook mushrooms, cook lima beans in microwave or just thaw.

Pumpkin MuffinsSift dry ingredients. Combine pumpkin, egg, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Add oats and seeds. Fill paper baking cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle with topping.

Bacon Jalapeno PoppersMix cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a small bowl. Stuff each jalapeno half equally with the cheese mixture.

Kit Kat BarsI have found that these are bigger than regular kit kat bars and they are also cheaper to make. They are more healthy then those store bought ones too. You can get 2 dozen wafer bars at the dollar store.

Tomato Beef MacaroniAdd water to frozen hamburger and cook over medium heat. Once the hamburger is no longer frozen, and the 3 cups of water starts to boil, add macaroni noodles, and stir it quite a bit. Then add tomato puree and salt and pepper to taste.

Meatloaf (GT XPress 101)Individual meatloaves can each be made a little differently. Quick and easy to make for one or tow at dinner time. For this recipe you need the GT XPress 101 machine. If not available, you could use a muffin tin but only fill each cup about 2/3 full.

Sweet PastryThis is a lovely pastry that just melts in the mouth. Sift together the flour icing sugar and corn flour. Rub in the butter. Add eggs if the mix is dry. Bind together then rest in fridge.
