Simple yellow rose.
Garden: Wild RoseThis rose was growing here when I moved in four years ago. I am not a gardener, so I pretty much ignored it. However, this year I have begun the task of cleaning the yard and have found all kinds of sweet little surprises.

Swarm Of BeesOnce in a life time. I looked out my window and this is what I saw; a swarm of bees on my flower bush. I called a beekeeper, but they left while I was giving directions to my home for him to get them. We took this picture there can be 1,500 to 30,000 bees in each swarm.

Garden: Clematis (Franziska Maria)I am a plant it and let it survive gardener. I found this Clematis last year and planted it during the summer months. It has grown beyond my imagination with watering and a touch of plant food.

Closeup of pretty pale pink rose.
Garden: Mama's RoseMy mom gave me this rose bush several years ago. I don't know what the name of it is. I call it Mama's Rose. I started taking better care of it 3 1/2 years ago after my mom suddenly passed away. I always trimmed it back every year and I had no idea that it would climb.

Garden: PeonyI always get excited about my first peony bloom of the season. I think they are one of the most beautiful flowers. I wish they lasted longer!

Garden: WisteriaThis is my Wisteria that is in my backyard. It has been shaped and trimmed for the last twenty years. Last year I cut it way back and it was worth it because it was loaded with blooms this year.

A Huge Purple Rhododendron
Purple RhododendronJust wanted to share a picture of the biggest rhododendron I have ever seen! It belongs to my neighbors. My boys are in front of it to give perspective of just how enormous it is.

Scenery: Sunrise At Myrtle Beach, SCWe were up early to pack up and head for home and were astounded at the beauty of the beach walkers against the sunrise. If you get up early, you may enjoy scenes that you would not see otherwise!
