Indian Lookout
Scenery: Indian Lookout (Wyalusing, PA)These photos were taken at Indian Lookout in Wyalusing, PA near where I live. The river is the beautiful Susquhanna River. In this part of PA all the towns have Indian names. We respect the Native American background here, with Pow Wows all summer and into the fall.

Yellow Rose in the SpringHopefully this means spring is finally here. My roses are blooming and they're beautiful. I don't know what kind of rose this is, but I love it. The yellow color is always intense and they're fragrant. I love them.

Cluster of white Apple Blossoms
Garden: Apple Blossom in SpringSpringtime in 2011, this Crab apple blossom was darn near perfect, taken on a perfect sping day in Ocean City, Maryland. The tree is located beside the "Breakfast Cafe", I work there. It was over 60 degrees and there was a nice breeze going.

Gardening: Laughing SunflowerMy laughing sunflower. This flower looked like it was holding its chin and laughing in the sun. I am glad I took the picture when I did, because the next day it had completely changed.

Wildlife: Beautiful Cardinal on a Foggy DayI saw my first cardinal this year, when we put out our grandson's new birdhouse. A beautiful sight to behold! Maybe the red birdhouse may bring more cardinals to our yard. My grandson sure hopes so.

Photo: Tough Job (Cutting Down A Tree)I watched this guy meticulously trim the branches from this tree in my neighbor's back yard, and carefully lower them to the ground by rope. Then he took the tree down a chunk at a time. Not for the faint at heart to be sure.

Wildlife: Bee HiveThis bee cluster was in a very small tree in front of a residence. The bees were probably keeping the queen bee warm. The cluster of bees stayed there for approximately 2 days.

Garden: AlstromeriaHubby's sense of humor at work in the garden again. These Alstroemeria are small. I was told they are miniature (a gift from daughter-in-law). They are good bloomers here in Southern California.

HummingbirdA hummingbird looking for the perfect blossom! Those little critters are so dang fast. It's hard to get a picture of them, and forget about getting them to smile! I tried to find out what kind it is. There are so many kinds of hummingbirds listed. It's unbelievable!
