This is from a Jan. 15, 1920 newspaper clipping. A simply delicious scratch recipe.

Easy Chicken CasseroleThe flavors are great, but the recipe is simple and delicious and can be put together in 15 minutes or less.

Fruit CreamHeat fruit juices to boiling. Add marshmallows. Stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Line shallow pan with vanilla wafers.

Deeli's Roast Beef WrapI usually have roast beef sandwiches on oat bread but switching to flour tortillas was a nice change of pace yesterday. For even more flavor, add finely diced avocado and/or thinly sliced pepperoncini too!

Legends of the Fall CasseroleI created this recipe to hide the cauliflower from the grandkids. I sometimes mix the cauliflower and potatoes, but I like the layering for serving.

Chicken Paprikash with SpaetzleChicken Paprikash is a wonderful dish made with sour cream and lots of paprika. This is my favorite recipe for it. I don't think that adding green peppers is strictly authentic, but it tastes darn good to me.

Breakfast SandwichThis is my version of the fast food breakfast biscuit. It is very easy and costs about $.60 per sandwich with no waiting in line. I make 2 dozen at a time and put them in the freezer so they are ready to go.

Tzatziki Sauce for GyrosIf you are a fan of Greek gyros, those wonderful sandwiches of thin sliced lamb, tomatoes, lettuce, and onions served in a pita bread, this is the sauce that goes on them - or my version of it which, of course, I think is the best one.
