I adopted him 9 years ago. My landlady found him on Adopt-a-Pet.com, but realized it wasn't a good fit. I was helping find a new home for him and realized that I wanted him!

Sherona (Chihuahua)We got our little cutie pie when she was 1 year old. We got her off of craigslist for $50.00. When we first took her to the vet they found signs that she had been abused for most of her life. Even though all of her health problems she has the cutest little personality and big glossy eyes and is improving a little more everyday ;)

Creo (Long Hair Black Cat)He found and picked me, the first week of September last year. He was in the parking lot of my apartment complex. I went to get into my friend's truck and he jumped up into the truck with us just meowing away. He followed me to my door and I took him in. My boyfriend told me no, due to the fact we already have a cat and he took him and put him back outside.

She loves her snuggles because she spent her first 5 years as a puppy mill mommy. She didn't know how to run, never had a toy, and never had a forever home to have someone love her!

Momma with Calvin & HobbsI got the mother cat as I was driving down the street. A car stopped directly in front of me opened up a their car door and threw out a cat. I can't believe it I rescued cat, brought her home and never got her fixed. I am now considered the crazy cat lady because I have a total of 13 cats.

Hardy (Basset Hound/American Bulldog)Hardy came to us as a "throw away " dog that had been taken to an animal control center under protective custody because of abuse. He had bite wounds, heart worms, and was scheduled to be euthanized on the day we rescued him from a different state. Today, he lives life with great health and a family that loves him very much.

Rocket (Domestic Shorthair)I recently adopted Rocket from a local no-kill animal shelter. He is the biggest lovebug. He loves to be photographed with me. He jumps on my back when I'm bending over to clean the litter box. He is just so funny. He brightens my day!
