These beautiful little truffles will blow you away. They are creamy and decadent, yet so easy to make. You just need a pack of Oreo cookies, a block of cream cheese, and a bag of chocolate chips. Sprinkles are totally optional. I only used them to make them pop for my Valentine!

A "handed down" English main dish pudding recipe from my great grandmother Lydia Butcher Seager. I had my first bite of the pudding when I was about eight years old. I was hesitant because it didn't look very appetizing. But I was wrong! It was delicious. The salt pork crust is the secret to the recipe's great flavor.

Maple Sausage Stuffed WafflesI love having maple breakfast sausages with my waffles in the morning. Here, I tried cooking the sausages first, then added them to my homemade waffle batter. The flavours and texture were perfect! Because of the strong maple flavour from the sausage, I added a bit of powdered sugar on top in lieu of using syrup. This kept the waffles crisp, and allowed for the waffles' flavours to come through.

Horseradish Potato Chip DipI don't know where my mom got the recipe, but she used to make this killer horseradish potato chip dip, and I make it once in a blue moon. I don't have exact amounts. I just have the best dang recipe for a potato chip dip that is so addictive you can't believe it.This dip is plain potato chip specific. Wouldn't be too great with tortilla chips, corn chips, or flavored potato chips. Peace to you, and I hope you'll give this a try.
