Freezing a Pumpkin Roll?
I froze my pumpkin roll for 11 1\2 months. Wrapped it in press wrap x 2 and foil x2. Sprinkle lightly with powder Sugar after it thaws but go ahead and slice while still firm. No one new it wasnt just freshly made. Delicious!!
