Cleaning Collectibles Damaged in Home Fire?
Thank You. Unfortunately, hot soapy water doesnt cut the oily residue that soot contains. For the wood items Ive tried Murphys Soap, and it works pretty good for surface stuff. I didnt want to get into refinishing, but I may have to.
