Puppy Won't Poop on Puppy Pad?
I cant train my chihuahua puppy to go outside because its too cold and she shivers. She wont poop on the pee pad. Ill try making it bigger I guess. She seems to know when Im busy then she goes somewhere even though I keep a close eye on her.
