if its got ohv valves are too tight or too loose put the piston on top deck center or on top of spark plug hole then adjust them with a gauge filler at .05 it should fix problem

use jump cables from battery to starter black on neg.battery then black to any good ground on mower red to pos.on battery and red to starter if it cranks its your selonid
