Kitten Only Uses Litter Box to Pee?
Ours did the same thing, turned out to be a very fussy kitten, wouldnt use it again until we scooped out what she made each and every time.

Some other ideas are to contact your local churches to see if they have a giving tree, also contact the local VFW, American Legion, etc. Also check with your local food pantries.
Smothered Chicken Gizzards
Be careful not to eat this too often, as good as it is, chicken gizzards are very high in cholesterol. One cup of just chicken gizzards alone has 537 mg of cholesterol.
