Dog Has Yellowish Crusty Spots on Feet and Ankles?
Perhaps but maybe not. My dog has has dry flakey skin, and gets crusty spots. It has bee. Like that,since he was 6 weeks old. He licks hair off his tail. Used no chew, and get confirmed no fleas, no skin infection.
