Baking Cookies in High Humidity?
Lessen the Recipes Liquid. Store Flour and Sugar in the Refrigerator or Freezer. Increase Baking Time (but not the baking temperature.) Run a Fan or the A/C. Store Baked Goods in an Airtight Container, Or in the Fridge.
