Freezing Homemade Cream of Celery Soup?
Thanks for the reply. I was worried about the possibility of the soup separating, good to know it will go back together with enough whisking.Turns out the soup was so good we didnt get the chance to try freezing it and yes it is good w/ a dollop of sour cream...
