Daughter Regifting To Mother?
I think this is passive aggressive. You could try talking with her as others have suggested, however that may allenate her even more. I think a better course would be to cut back on her gifts or even regift something she regifted to you.
Using Paste on Pre-pasted Wallpaper?
Yes you can and should. I once spent an entire day putting up prepasted wallpaper on our stairway. Got up in the morning and it was laying on the stairs. I gave up washed the wall and painted it.
