I have heard of putting shredded paper or crinkly paper in clear soda bottles with a slit on the side of the bottle. Put wrapped chocolates or other items in with the paper & add a bit of wrapping paper to cover the slit.

I reuse dryer sheets to polish my bathroom faucets. I also have heard of reusing them instead of paper for paper piecing. You can keep them in the quilt afterward & saves time.
Keep Cats Out of Planter
Plant plastic forks prongs up in garden. Looks funny but it works. Cats dont want to lay on them.
