Antique Corner Chair?
The only makers mark, if it is that, is the signature in pencil on the piece under the seat. I actually included it in the pics I posted. Can't really make it out.

Since posting this, what I have found out is that the chair is mahogany and probably from the 1890's or so. What's a little different from some of the chairs I've seen but probably can't be made out from the pictures is that all four legs are that cabriolet...
