Don't Stop For Unmarked Police Cars(?)
In 1988 and subsequent years, Yorktown, VA had the Colonial Parkway Murders. A car with police lights pulled up to people in thier cars along the Colonial Parkway and murdered them. My wife still will not drive down the parkway at night!
