The quickest way would be to try C.L.R. (Calcium. Lime. Rust.) Its meant for those hardest to get deposits and a better concentration and option than most other bathroom cleaners touting results for such deposits... in my experience.

Try Goo Gone. If its a sticky substance, it works well.
