Jello Didn't Dye Hair
I did everything perfectly. Watched atleast 7 sucessful tutorials. It didnt take AT ALL. I used store dye for half my head pink. You can see it a little in the picture. And i used BLUE jell-o to make tbe remaining bleached ends blue. Nothing. The best part...
