I have been thrifty since a child. I love finding ways to skirt around the high costs of living. I feel sure I have had a much better quality of life....as opposed to my actual income .....because of it. I especially like finding ways to "make my own" laundry soap, etc. My dream would be to support myself with my own "hands" and get out of corporate America, but I've yet to pursue it!
On a more personal note, I am 55, single and work in the title industry. I have grown kids (2) and 2 grandboys (who live 200 miles away). I am an apt. dweller in the big city. I enjoy most all activities, especially travel, and reading and crafts, cooking and good eating, movies, good conversation, plants and I sell online on occasion. If anyone out there close to my age, single and preferably female (I have a long distance relationship with a man) would be interested in striking up a thrifty (actual) friendship, email me.
