What an excellent idea. I am very impressed with this idea not only while I wash my curtains but Im seriously thinking of getting some cheap napkins and use them permantely. Certainly will not be as expensive as changing curtains as you change paint.

I used a paperclip on an expensive book and found that it left a mark on the page. Since then I use and old envelope or a card that I recd from one of my grandchildren. That way no destruction to the page.
