Nu-Wave Temperature Conversions?
The new wave sheet is showing 12 minutes a pound unfrozen at 180 f or 82 c. So does that mean power level 3 for 2 and 1/2 hours?

I have a 10 pound turkey and its calling 12 minutes a pound, the new wave sheet the saying 180f or 82 c. Does this mean I should cook it on power level 3 for 2 and 1/2 hours? Please help
