Dealing With Fine Hair
Even some highlighting can add thickness to fine hair. I loved the old perms that use to make my hair very curly and thick. I now just accept it and wear bangs and one length which makes it look thicker.

Remember the only thing natural for sure is that no pesticides were used. After that, anything goes. Janices has some nice stuff. But I find they also have a strong odor.

Make Your Own Shampoo?
when you have an extremely sensitive scalp, most shampoos are not tolerated well. For me if I use regular shampoos, I end up with a systemic allergic reaction.
Add Extra Rice or Veggies to Canned Soups
I just started doing that with vegetarian vegetable soup. Mostly adding canned peas. Very tastey!
