Bissell vs. Hoover Carpet Cleaners?
I have had a bissell carpet cleaner for over five years and it still does well, and I like the fact that its a pro heat that is a plus for the water to stay hot. I however just purchased a Hoover multi surface cleaner, I just cleaned the stairs did good job...
