What Plant is Also Known as Sheep Shar or Shire?
Its a smallish shamrock looking plant that blooms yellow tubular flowers. It has a distinctly tart taste. We still use it in salads and Ill munch on it if Im out wildcrafting. I have found it in Kansas and E. Colorado, Oklahoma, and N. Texas.
