Ive been trying to fight him. Everyone I have called must says they cant take the case! BELIEVE ME IM TRYING EVERY SINGLE DAY TO GET TO AN ATTORNEY! I HAVE ALSO TRIED SEEING IF I CAN GET A STOP ON THE RENTAL SO THE NEXT PERSON DOES NOT GO THROUGH THIS....NEEDLESS...

I appreciate the information but we did that. The attorney who was suppose to show up in court for the eviction or send someone, did not show or send anyone. I reported her to her superior. So not fair. It really seems like one issue after another.
