Cut the shapes out of paper and attach paper clips. No big tears if the fish get lost or soiled. With older children, I get them to practice drawing by copying real fish pictures.
Painting Chalkboard Strip on Plastic Cups?
Instead of the chalk paint, put a container with permanent markers next to the stack of cups. Make a sign asking guests to write their name and decorate their own special cup. They wont want to part with it.
Crafts Using Styrofoam Trays?
I use meat trays but I wash and dry them thoroughly and put them in the sun for no less than tree days. My grandma used the sun to erase yellow stains on fabric and to sterilize underwear so I figure It will help with whatever bacteria is still there.

How To Make Paper Beads
You can make a rolling tool by taping two flat toothpicks back to back. Leave about 3/4 inch of the toothpicks free of tape at one end to slide the wide part of the paper triangle. I insert this part into a cocktail (or pouch drink) straw to get a handle.
