Use Sand Paper for Toilet Bowl Mineral Stains
You dont need sandpaper, use vinegar. Using the lid of the bottle you can put some where you need it. Leave for a few minutes and brush. You may need to do it a few times if there is a build-up. Do once a week once clean, to keep it clean.
