My Dad began to teach me to cook when I was about nine years old. I began working in restaurants when I was 15. I got my first head Chef job at 22 in Jackson Hole Wyoming. I came back to Cali and spent five years as a trainer / chef for The Macaroni Grill. I took another Chef position for the Vintage Cafe in Pasadena. I have also ran my own catering company and I love to cook.
