Voltage Drop at Lamp Post?
Must be a rotted cable. Nothing done to the circuit as far as I can tell. Old cable, poorly protected at first installation. Hoping I wouldnt have to dig up. 2-1/2 feet of asphalt on top. Big pain in butt. Thanks for answer
