Have you ever touched anything black on a hot sunny day? Its hot right? Just put the cat do-do in something black and let the sun bake it. Bet it gets quite hot in there and sterilized and then you can add it to your compost pile.

Pampers to the rescue! I would have never thought of that. Scoopable cat litter works great as well. Just dump some on and let it sit. The longer the better for the smell. If that doesnt do the trick try using oil dry.
