Why the moniker Ravensgift many ask? I am a Christian and am grateful to He who is the Light of the world. I also live in the Pacific Northwest, where the native tribes, along with many of the native peoples of British Columbia and Alaska have a tradition that the Raven brought the gift of light to the world. I am a raven lover-they are very intelligent, playful, elegant aviators, fun to watch, and live in cooperative families.
