Keeping Cats Out of the Yard?
NO .. Cayenne Pepper does NOT hurt animals. Its merely a deterrence to keep the cats/dogs from using the bathroom in your yard and IT WORKS. Minimal cost, doesnt hurt animals and after a few days of putting it out, they dont come back.
