I am a tropical plant researcher and collector who has published more than 300 national articles on many topics. We own a private botanical garden known as the Exotic Rainforest that is open to the public by appointment only. The garden contains hundreds of near adult specimens of rare tropical plants including several that have never been identified to science.
I serve on the board of governors of the International Aroid Society and am a retired commercial photographer.
