I'm a single mother who has the good fortune to work for an employer who allows me to telecommute. My sons are both grown and on their own, but my little crazy cat and my cocker puppy Merlin keep me busy. I enjoy learning new things and trying to keep my mind sharp, so I'm trying to learn a new language. However, it's slow going as I have no one to tutor me so I'm trying to learn on my own using online resources and books. But I'm having fun with it!
I have a strange hodge-podge of experience with different subjects due to a varied work background: pediatric/family medicine/psychiatric nursing, dog grooming, veterinary assisting, transportation industry, and medical insurance. Jane of all trades but mistress of none, LOL.
