Eddie's Pastries Butter Top Coffee Cake?
Lady Elegant 301s looks to be either the recipe or close to it. I grew up on these coffeecakes, they are delicious and I have never had anything like it since moving from southern IL. I do know that the recipe has margarine, no butter in it.
