Make Liquid Non-Dairy Creamer from Powdered
On the container it says 2 per 1. 2 cups of hot water to one cup of dry creamer. I ran out of milk for my cereal this morning and decided to try this. It was a little sweet. So next time I think I will try 2 1/2 to 1.
