How much flour is a "cup"?
All purpose flour is 1 cup = 4 1/2 oz or 125 g. Note that whole wheat, bread flour and rye flour all have a different weight. Good luck :)
Blood on a Mattress Topper?
Peroxide will do the trick :) pour it on the blood stain and let it penetrate in then blot it out with a dry wash cloth. You may need to do it more than once if its been there for awhile. But it WILL work. Enjoy your clean mattress topper. :)
