Youngest of 4 (61) cleaning out parents home my childhood home, my parents were not rich, mom RN, dad WW2 vet that worked at GM to support us 4 kids. Mom made all of hers/our clothes she was crafty not only a seamstress
but paint knit crochet tat ceramics and quilting a full free arm quilting machine adorns her fully finished lake home walkout basement. I know when purchased she spent 20,000.00 on it alone.. but Mom has alot of cut glass dishes she would use for special dinners. Piles of magazines knitting, crochet, tatting 1940s 50s 60s. I'm going to have a yard sale to help with LTC, but dont want to give it away not knowing basic starting point to sell it
