Aluminum foil can often be reused, unless you are using it for something thats greasy or messy. I wipe it down, fold it, and put it away in the cupboard with my other food wraps.

Have you tried hairspray? You might want to spray a bit on an inconspicuous spot first to be sure it doesnt bother the vinyl.
