As i said, i have 7 ant hills in my garden,do i do each one individually with the boiling waterford, where they are is about 50 from the back door so kinda hard to do them with boiling water

i have 7 ant hills in my back garden,started off at 5 few weeks ago,dug 3 up but more came in few days,tried ant attack but still ants there ,tried ant powder and now trying salt,any ideas anyone
