Re-dyeing Hair?
I would wait at least 3 to 6 weeks. Dont shampoo hair the same day you want to dye hair wont take dye. I dont see why you couldnt cover silver with a darker color. U basically bleached it. I did my hair starting with Feria platinum and then wella lightest ash...
