Fabric That is Under $2.00 Per Yard?
I got lucky and was at my Walmart store and found fabric for 25 cents a yard. They had 2 1/2 yards left and sold it to me for 38 cents. They have been trying to get rid of it. So check out Walmart and you might get lucky.
