Treating Chapped Lips
I agree with lindylou. I use a toothbrush to exfoliate my lips and then apply blistex or some sort of lip balm. I havent had chapped lips in a very long time. I try to always keep lip balm or blistex on my lips. I have my kids in the habit...so far so good...
