Itching and Bumps on My Lips?
I have the same problem when using the Loreal Paris Colour Riche Lip Gloss. It has happen twice and I now know exactly what it is. Your more than likely allergic to an ingredient in your lip cosmetics. Hydropcortisone Ointment really helped. Good Luck!
