Singer 6268 Embroidery Machine Doesn't Work with a Cartridge?
I`m working on a singer 6268. The problem is the upper shaft is really tight. The hand wheel is hard to turn and the RPM by motor is around 100 Will this manual cover this and what is the charge? Thank you for your time. ART.
